The Chill Steel Pipe is made out of durable 304 (18/8) food grade stainless steel and is double-wall vacuum insulated, like a premium reusable water bottle. The interior has a ceramic coating for smooth hits and easy cleaning.
Each complete Chill Steel Pipe or Base comes an unbreakable aluminum downstem and borosilicate glass bowl, and all gaskets are made of food grade silicone.
Your new Chill Steel Pipe is easy to assemble by simply attaching the neckpiece to the base and inserting the downstem through the front of the base. You can download the complete assembly and care guide here.

In general, avoid "clay based" cleaners as they can damage the ceramic interior. We also advise against using salt, which is too coarse and can result in surface rust stains if left on any of the exposed stainless steel.
We recommend using isopropyl alcohol without salt. A good shake and soak with these work great.
The downstem provided with your Chill Steel Pipe supports a 14mm bowl piece.
To keep your glass bowl piece safe, we don't ship it placed in the downstem. Usually, you can find your bowl piece in the corner of the bottom cardboard insert that holds the base of your Chill. It could also be stuffed in the neckpiece right where the base and neckpeice screw apart.
No. We would avoid putting your Chill in the dishwasher. It could cause harm to the ceramic interior of the device and resin from the device could cause damage to your dishwasher itself. Please see our full assembly and care guide.
Chill Steel Pipes are completely modular and you can switch up the look of your device with different neckpieces and bases. These pieces are universal across all Chill Steel Pipes.
We also offer a variety of colored unbreakable downstems, glass and metal bowl pieces, and ash catchers. The standard downstem itself can use any 14mm bowl, ash catcher, or 45° banger.

We ship Chill internationally with a few exceptions including Serbia, Brazil, Mexico, India, Turkey, Thailand, Venezuela, Colombia, Hong Kong, and China. We also temporarily are not sending packages to Ukraine, Belarus, and Israel.

All international orders are processed through a service called Zonos, which handles the international shipping, duties and taxes. All international shipments are sent DDP, so you should never have to pay anything additional to get your order released.
The shipment itself is made through UPS Worldwide Expedited. Shipping times vary based on distance and customs in your country, so please keep an eye on the automated tracking info we send you. Note that sometimes it will say a label has been created but you don't see tracking. In this case the package has left our warehouse already and we're waiting for UPS to scan it in.
Getting started with your Chill Hookah set is easy:
1. Remove the Chill Neckpiece from the Chill Base and attach the food-safe Chill Silicone Hookah Adapter. Assemble the Chill Whip by attaching the Borosilicate Glass Plug and Mouthpiece to each end.
2. To invert the airflow, remove the Downstem from the front Downstem Gasket, insert it into the Silicone Hookah Adapter, and place the Borosilicate Glass Plug end of the Chill Whip into the Silicone Downstem Gasket. Inverting the device offers better balance when using heavy bowl pieces like a Dry Herb Vaporizer like a DynaVap HyperDyn or VonG, a Puffco Proxy Glass Adapter, a Ceramic Hookah Bowl, and more.
3. If you don’t want to invert the device, you can leave the downstem inserted as-is, and the Borosilicate Glass Plug is designed to fit snugly in the Silicone Hookah Adapter, so you can simply have a Chill Whip attached to the top of your Chill Base instead of the Chill Neckpiece.
Yes, we offer a 24" silicone whip/hose replacement, as well as replacement glass. If for some reason you want a longer or different color whip, there are a variety of options online and you just need to look for food safe silicone hose with an internal diameter of 8mm and and external diameter of 13mm.
